Codie has always had a passion for preventative oral healthcare. Roots Dental Hygiene was a long time dream of hers that finally took flight in 2020 when she decided to pivot and take a chance on her goals. 

 

Codie has been Registered Dental Hygienist since 2008 when she graduated from Algonquin College in Ottawa, prior to that she went to Canadore College in North Bay where she graduated Dental Assisting with honours. Codie also completed additional training to offer Guided Biofilm Therapy with the Swiss Dental Academy.

 

She grew up in Pembroke and is a Mom of 3 great kids. She is also a 5th degree black belt and has been volunteering as a coach at the Pembroke Karate Club since she was 17.

 

Roots Dental Hygiene is a full service Dental Hygiene clinic, offering services to children & adults including Comprehensive Dental Hygiene examinations, oral cancer screenings, periodontal screening examinations, Guided Biofilm Therapy clinic, oral hygiene assessments, evaluations and home care instructions, in-office whitening, take home whitening, sealants, fluoride varnish, desensitizing & sports mouth guards.
